I agree to read the Parade Rules.

I will follow the directions of the parade officials and volunteers.

My entry will be family friendly and appropriate for all ages.

Decorations, Riders and Equipment will be secured for the duration of the parade.

If candy is distributed, it will be walked to spectators in a safe manner and never thrown directly at them or into traffic.

I agree to release and hold harmless Mandarin Markets and Festivals, its directors, sponsors, volunteers and Trinity Baptist Church from any and all liability claims, damages, or causes of action of any kind arising out of my participation in the Mandarin Christmas Parade.

I certify that I have the authority to register the above entry.

I grant permission to Mandarin Markets to photograph or video my entry and participants and to use those images in any and all media for promotional, marketing and archival purposes without compensation.
