NEW VENDOR APPLICATION

The following are not accepted at this venue:

Vape/cigarette/cigar items; alcohol/drug related/curse word items; witchcraft/fortune tellers/tarot card items; or overtly sexual items.

Any vendor is subject to the venue's approval. If you are a new vendor you must send pictures of your booth to CoachLeah15@outlook.com. If you have any questions please send me an email. If a vendor is found with these items, they will be asked to leave the premises and not asked to return. Check the box to proceed.

I understand after filling this application out, that spots are FIRST COME, FIRST TO PAY. If your category is filled and you become wait-listed for a festival you will get a refund of your money paid for that festival within 1-2 business days
